- We reserve the right to refuse admission.
- Pets are not allowed.
- In regular season, the reservation of the room is guaranteed with a minimum payment of 1 night by means of charges to credit cards VISA, MasterCard or bank account deposit, (Travel agencies must pay the totality of the stay). On holidays such as (CARNIVALS, EASTER, HOLY WEEK, HOLY DAYS, CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR) we reserve 100% payment for the stay.
- The payment that guarantees the reservation must be made within 48 hours after the approval of the request, if not received conﬁrmación payment, the room(s) will be released for other requests.
- Reservations subject to discounts for retirees or senior citizens must contain a copy of the Panamanian identiﬁcación and retiree card. Discounts for retirees or senior citizens are applied exclusively to the services used by these retirees.
- Reservations subject to tax exemptions must have a copy of the supporting document.
- The deposit that guarantees the reservation is not refunded; in this case the client has the right to change the date within 6 months after the cancelled date; after this time, the client loses the right to use the reservation. On holidays, cancellations are not entitled to a change of date.
- Cancellations within 48 hours before the hotel check-in date are not entitled to change the date.
- Cancellations of the number of nights during the stay will have to pay the total amount of the unused reservation.
- The changes of date will depend on the availability and the price may vary according to the season.
- Only one change of date is allowed.
- Time of Entry: From 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Tickets after 10 pm generate a surcharge of $25.00 per hour or fraction of an hour. The customer must request this service from the reception.
- Departure time: 12:00 md.
- Departure may be granted after 12:00 md and until 2:00 pm depending on availability. An hourly fee or fraction thereof of $25.00 will be charged. Customer must request this service no later than 11:00 am.
